Résumé : | The Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) is an open global network of representatives from NGOs, UN agencies, donor agencies, governments, academic institutions, schools and aff ected populations working together within a humanitarian and development framework to ensure the right to quality and safe education in emergencies and post-crisis recovery to all persons. This report was developed on behalf of the INEE Working Group on Education and Fragility. The Working Group serves as an inter-agency mechanism to coordinate diverse initiatives and catalyse collaborative action on education and fragility.
