Résumé : | Information is presented according to the following themes : context - socio-economic context, historical-ideological context - political and legal framework - structural and financial framework - problems and opportunities for participation in adult learning, barrriers, opportunities - clusters of measures, Information,councelling and guidance services, flexibility, outreach work to specific target groups, acknowledgement of prior learning - the 5 priorities of the action plan on adult learning, analyse effects of reforms in other educational sectors on adult learning, improve the quality of provision and staffing, increase the possibilities to achieve a qualification at least one level higher - speed of assessing and recongnising non-formal and informal learning for disadvantaged groups, improve the monitoring of the adult learning sector. |
