Résumé : | Information is presented according to the following themes : context (socio-economic context, historical-ideological context), political and legal framework (policies and strategies, legal framework), structural and financial framework, problems and opportunities for participation in adult learning, clusters of measures(information councelling and guidance services, flexibilityof learning trajectories, quality management, outreach work to specific target groups, community-based learning environments, acknowledgement of prior (experiential) learning, economic instruments), the five priorities anf the action plan on adult learning (analyse effects of reforms in other educational sectors on adult learning, improve the quality of provision and staffing, increase the possibilities to achieve a qualification at least one level higher, speed up the process of assessing and recognising non-formal and informal learning for disadvantaged groups, improve the monitoring of the adult learning sector). |
